Refund Policy

Overview

At SPYCE Media, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. However, because our services involve significant labor, customization, and are digital in nature, we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced or any digital product has been sent. This policy outlines the circumstances under which SPYCE Media will not issue refunds for its services, including but not limited to website development, social media, and marketing services.

No Refund Policy

  1. Website Development and Digital Services: Due to the extensive time, effort, customization, and commitment in providing our services, SPYCE Media does not offer refunds for any services once the project has begun. This includes all forms of website development, social media management, SEO, content creation, and any other digital services offered.

  2. Deposits and Payments: All deposits and payments made to SPYCE Media are non-refundable. This is because these funds are used to allocate resources, including labor and materials, to begin the project.

  3. Client Responsibilities: It is the client's responsibility to understand and agree to this no-refund policy upon initiating a project with SPYCE Media. By making a payment for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy.

  4. Cancellation: If a project is canceled or postponed by the client, all monies paid are retained by SPYCE Media and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

  5. Revisions and Feedback: SPYCE Media values client satisfaction and offers revisions to designs, content, and development based on the scope of the project agreed upon. However, dissatisfaction with a completed project or service based on personal preference does not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

  6. Third-Party Fees: Any fees for third-party services, including but not limited to hosting, domain registration, third-party tools, or plugins required for the project, are non-refundable.

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy will be if SPYCE Media fails to begin the project within a reasonable timeframe without just cause. In such a rare case, the client may be eligible for a refund of the deposit amount.

Acknowledgment

By engaging SPYCE Media for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this no-refund policy.
